Your adventure begins the moment you meet your drivers, who take you to your first stop at the Aposelemis Dam. From there, you journey along scenic paths lined with olive trees until you reach the ruins of the ancient Roman aqueduct of Lyttos. Next, you visit the charming village of Kastamonitsa, where you’re welcomed by locals to enjoy traditional raki and sample local olive oil. This is where the real off-road experience begins, as you head high into the mountains along an ancient Minoan trail. Along the way, you’ll meet a local shepherd, taste homemade cheese, and spot wildlife in its natural habitat. The journey continues to a breathtaking viewpoint overlooking the Minoan path and the first glimpse of the Lassithi Plateau.
